the housekeeping was good with really good attention to detail

the check-in process was slow i waited longer than expected the tv displayed the wrong name upon arrival this oversight was disappointing given the hotel's supposed attention to detail

totally awesome hotel, i'm so excited!

charging workstation millet porridge helpful staff front desk

This hotel is a total gem! i stayed three nights and the room was super spacious and super clean. It had dimmer lights and a charging workstation! the breakfast had a really good variety, they changed it up a little every day. Millet porridge with steamed chinese yam and steamed rice roll are amazing! the staff were so energetic and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. Mike at the concierge gave great recommendations and always helped us get a cab!

The club executive king room includes floor-to-ceiling windows and automatic curtains! a large bathtub is perfect. There is a work area with high-speed internet, really convenient, everything works just great!

The club lounge offers really good service! peter, gina, and sam go above and beyond to. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Room service delivers quickly, i love it!

long queue difficult refill

the pool had nice greenery around it and it felt resort-like.

upon arrival, there looked a long queue for breakfast and a number of tables needed cleaning. no one offered tea, so i had to find someone. this made getting a second cup difficult.
