location good, experience mixed
unattentive staffoutdated spa
I found that the staff were not always attentive. sometimes there was a wait at reception, and it was difficult to get assistance with minor issues. also, the spa facilities needs updating. Some equipment looked worn, and the sauna wasn't functioning during my treatment. overall, the hotel seemed to lack a certain level of maintenance that impacted my stay.

Excellent Stay at Historic Location

The hotel is centrally located. It is a great base for exploring the region. I took day trips to nearby chateaus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and quiet. My night was restful. I had easy access to the hotel. I parked right next to the building.
Upon arrival, there was a wait of more than twenty minutes at reception. The receptionist was on a phone call. Other guests were waiting to check in.

The spa features a pool. It also has a relaxation area with comfortable loungers. Guests can enjoy the sauna and steam room for an additional fee. Parking is available directly behind the building.

The Privilege Double Room included a king-size bed with quality linens. There was a flat-screen television with international channels. A mini-fridge and coffee maker were available. The bathroom provided complimentary toiletries.
