Are the spa services and pool currently accessible to guests?

Unfortunately, the hot tubs, hammam, and sauna are closed until further notice.
What spa services, like massages, are available during winter, and is the pool open?

Spa services include a jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam at no extra charge. Massages are available for an additional fee and require prior booking. However, the pool is currently undergoing renovations.
Can I request a room with a view of the lake when making my reservation?

Rooms with lake views cannot be booked through Booking.com, but the hotel can assist with this request directly by phone.
Is access to the spa facilities included in my room rate?

The sauna and hammam are not operational at this time, but the jacuzzi will reopen for reservations starting March 8th.
