Wonderful stay at historic hotel

warm atmosphere professional service clean room

I received a warm greeting at the reception. The room was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I found it easy to reach the train station from this hotel.

I found the pillows to be too firm for my liking. I prefer softer pillows in such an hotel.

spiderwebs on ceiling staff inaction

the breakfast was acceptable it provided adequate options for a quick start to the day

the room was not properly cleaned dust and spiderwebs were present on the ceiling and lamp the staff did not address the problem despite my complaint a room change was not offered until checkout making the stay quite frustrating

varied selection electric charging central location

The breakfast was really good, I found the selection varied and fresh. I really liked that parking was available with electric charging just outside the hotel. The central location allowed easy access to local attractions.
