The breakfast staff was quick with service and I was satisfied with that.

I was disappointed with my room I booked specifically for its advertised size and proximity to the airport. When I called that morning to inform them I would be bringing my cat, they said there would be a significant deposit. There was also another charge for additional services. I did not appreciate this lack of transparency regarding the pet-friendly policies.

celine at reception was very efficient. she guaranteed prompt action when i requested assistance. the hotel was very clean. breakfast included a wide range of well-prepared food. i left my belongings, but they were packed well and given to my niece weeks later in good condition.
