we booked a plunge pool cottage. it was more spacious than expected and private. we loved having direct access to the beach. there was a bali bed right outside our door. we spent hours relaxing and listening to the waves.

The mini-fridge made a slight humming noise. It was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is situated on a beautiful stretch of coastline. the beach offered soft, white sand and clear, turquoise water. it really felt secluded, offering privacy. it felt a world away.

the restaurant features open-air seating. it also has views of the ocean. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. dinner menus changed daily so there was always something different. it was very delicious.

the beach solicitations were a real issue. i was constantly being asked for money, supposedly for children's football. plus, the outdoor shower door locked me in, that was scary. i had to break a glass panel to get out, so that was very unsafe.
