The hotel REALLY struggled with attention to detail. Our room was scheduled for a full clean every three days. The "full clean" didn't include replenishing toilet paper, and when we asked for more, they wanted to leave it dangling from our door in a plastic bag (can you believe it?). It felt cheap. It IS frustrating.

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. we got the signature theatre suite room, and it had two large beds on one side. there were also two couch and futon beds on the other side with a sitting area in between. the room has a large drop down screen with a projector. We hooked up our computer and watched a movie at the end of the day.

the hotel provides free coffee, drinks, beer, sake, and snacks from the afternoon until 10 pm. the location is near public transport. some good restaurants are nearby.

The super nice team and courteous. They had the best service attitude. staff speak great english. i appreciate the great service .

Our signature theatre suite room was decorated nicely, with autumnal leaf wallpaper. It felt so cozy. the room is quite big. It included a bathtub and a japanese warm toilet seat.

The breakfast was really great. the food in the buffet was good. There was always something new to try. i found many good restaurants within walking distance.
