Could you explain the differences between the superior room and the premier room?

The superior room and premier room share the same design and layout. However, the premier room is situated on the 10th to 12th floors, offering better views. Only guests on these upper floors have access to our exclusive mini lounge on the 10th floor.
Is Netflix available on the TVs in the rooms? Also, what levels are the superior rooms located on?

Unfortunately, Netflix is not accessible on hotel TVs. Superior rooms are located on the 3rd to 9th floors.
Are there options to request an extra bed in the rooms?
