helpful staff clean room delicious option transparent door weak pressure slow drainage

The desk staff was wonderful . Our room was very clean and modern. I had a balcony. The breakfast buffet had many delicious options (especially the croissants).

The bathroom door was a transparent glass door. This gave zero privacy when showering. The shower water pressure was also quite weak. I had a problem with the water drainage (it was very slow).

the room was large.

The restaurant closed over the weekend. This was difficult. i literally starved because i arrived on a weekend evening. the room service menu was too basic. The pasta with cheese was badly prepared.

fresh fruit king room quiet escape

the breakfast was lovely with different pastries and fresh fruit available. my premium king room had a large, soft bed and a small balcony overlooking the street. the rooftop pool provided a quiet escape with comfortable loungers.

The gym was a bit small. It had limited equipment.

Underwhelming Stay with Basic Amenities

restaurant closure limited options

I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The restaurant closed over the weekend. This left only limited and uninspired room service options. the rooftop bar lacked any atmosphere because it had no music. I also didn't like the fact the toilet is in a separate room from the sink.
