many options great location shower area no privacy

the breakfast had MANY options. the location was also GREAT, very central and convenient. The staff was helpful when we needed them.

the shower area did not HAVE a door. it meant that if you are sharing the room you have no privacy.

the breakfast buffet had many options i found it very helpful staff were available when i needed. the comfiest beds were great . i found the room perfect for my needs.

i experienced some noise outside in the street after midnight it kept me awake until after 2 am. the shower area did not include a door i felt a lack of privacy.

central location convenient parking super clean room tasty options

the hotel's location is seriously prime , right in the city center. i found super convenient parking in the building with a sweet discount , only 9 euros for 24 hours. my room was super clean with complimentary water and treats in the minibar. breakfast offered many fresh and tasty options , both local and familiar.

the family room included a separate bedroom for adults plus two individual beds for the kids. two toilets were available, one in the kids' room and one next to the shower in our room. the suite felt modern and well-equipped.

poor ac unconcerned staff

The room looked new, but things were amiss. Air conditioning did not work well. The corridor was cooler. I reported this problem, but it was not solved. Staff only said they will check it. It seems like they were not concerned about it.
