EXCELLENT dining and service

I stayed for several nights. The food and restaurant staff stood out. The food quality felt worthy of a michelin star. Bhaskar helped arrange dishes that weren't on the menu to suit our preferences. This. I also found the beds comfortable.

I noticed a general lack of smiles and warmth from some of the team. I felt better responsiveness would improve the guest experience, which seemed crucial.

The staff were generally polite and always ready to help, and the duty manager assisted with early check-in. Arya at reception assisted with storing luggage with courtesy, very helpful. Aniket, the security head, assisted with a late checkout.
