ac issue early check-in

the air conditioning system requires attention. i found it impossible to adjust the temperature manually. this resulted in some discomfort, even to the point of perspiring. also, i experienced a delay upon arrival, i waited almost 20 minutes even after my office notified the hotel of my early check-in request.

attentive staff excellent service quiet gym

i found the staff at breakfast attentive. they provided excellent service. the gym was nice and quiet. i found it easy to get a workout in.

the food was slightly salty, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

FABULOUS Experience!

clean room massage experience

I enjoyed a VERY clean room. The staff was polite and helpful. The room service food tasted AMAZING!!! I appreciated the great Balinese massage. It surprised me. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.

The city felt chaotic. I needed to return to the hotel to feel relaxed. The hotel should improve this.
