i found that, for the price, i should not be limited to 2 hours at the pool. this limitation seems inconsistent with my expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

The fitness center included three treadmills. The spa services were definitely relaxing and therapeutic. I was able to maintain my workout routine with ease. The spa offered a variety of treatments.

wow, what an amazing place! the staff were helpful, offering quick assistance. the rooftop pool was super clean, the water temperature was perfect! plus, the food at the restaurant was delicious, the portions were generous, i was full!

i found the fitness center a bit crowded in the morning, it could use some more space, or maybe better equipment placement, it was sometimes tough to get a treadmill.

I found the rooms to be cozy and exceedingly clean! the hotel also provides a convenient service vehicle, which takes you within a 5 km radius. this made getting downtown effortless, and a short uber ride back was very affordable. the on-site roses restaurant was great. I particularly enjoyed the nashville chicken sandwich, a very generous and tasty portion.

The outdoor pool reservation system was slightly inconvenient. I wanted to use the pool upon arrival, but there were limited slots available. i had to adjust my schedule slightly, though it was still manageable.

the lobby was fine upon arrival. half of the room featured floor-to-ceiling windows with city and waterfront views. one window even opened.

i found it odd that chicken parm at the playbook restaurant did not include pasta.
