This hotel is a real treasure! The staff was attentive and helpful. I appreciated the auto rickshaw service to the beach. It made access easy. The bartenders at the pool bar made delicious drinks. This service added a special touch to my beach visits. I found the hotel to be perfectly situated near the beach.

I found a lack of variety at the buffet during dinner. A greater selection of non-Indian dishes would enhance the dining experience. The food served was delicious, though. More diversity in the buffet would cater to varied palates.

The hotel is located about 200 meters from the beach. The beach is amazing! Its situation allows for easy access to the sea, and also many water activities. It is an excellent base for exploring the local area.

Excellent hospitality!

The staff were cute, especially the front desk team. The hotel provided complimentary bicycles. This helped me explore the area at my own speed. The rooms are well-equipped. The drying rack on the balcony was a nice touch!!!

The staff here were very responsive and attentive. They accommodated my late checkout by over 5 hours, and i am very thankful. the quality of food is very nice. Even my kids enjoyed all the games provided. the swimming pool area is amazing, and the hotel is very well maintained.

i noticed the variety could be improved slightly, but there were still many good options. it wasn't a big issue, but something i thought i should mention.

underwhelming gyminconsistent room service

The initial impression was good, but some things soured the experience. i was looking forward to the spa , but it turned out to be just a regular hotel room. the gym was similarly underwhelming. It only had a few treadmills and some weights. i also noticed the room service wasn't consistent , as the turndown service was missing and the room was cleaned only once daily. this felt below par for what i expected.
