charming boutique experience
premium room large tv spacious bathroom rooftop bar
i was really surprised by the room. it was a premium king or twin room, and it included a large tv and a spacious bathroom. i found the quality of food at breakfast to be excellent! the rooftop bar was a treat, it provided a really peaceful spot in a residential area.
I noticed that the shower door could not be closed properly! the washroom level was a bit higher than the main bedroom. The water went everywhere after a shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Martina was particularly helpful . they were always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. the service provided throughout the hotel was consistently high quality.

acropolis view organic option helpful recommendation
The rooftop bar presented acropolis views, a perfect location for sunset cocktails. breakfast had local organic options. the staff was very professional. They offered helpful recommendations.
the hotel has only one elevator for nine floors. this caused a long wait time to reach different levels. i had to wait a long time to get anywhere.

ano patissia metro station is a short walk away. the walk to the metro station takes only about two minutes. this provided easy access to the acropolis and the city center.

small pool overpriced platter
the staff was friendly and helpful.
the pool was much smaller than it was online. lounge chair reservations were required, and availability was limited, preventing relaxation after sightseeing. also, i found that the greek platter i ordered from the rooftop bar lacked authenticity and was overpriced at €24.

not living up to the stars
slow elevator small room
The breakfast had good choices. It was actually okay.
the elevator situation was pretty bad. waiting for one elevator when they has nine floors was like forever. the room they gave me was smaller than I thought and the photos made it look much better. this made everything pretty inconvenient.

fantastic menu friendly staff beautiful architecture
i found the breakfast menu had a fantastic range of options. the staff were approachable and friendly. the architecture was beautiful, a real pleasure to look at every day and the hotel was very clean.
the lighting by the desk was a bit dim for paperwork! i suggest adding a gooseneck lamp there

clean room wonderful variety helpful luggage service generous meal
the room was spacious and clean. breakfast offered a wonderful variety. i found leaving my luggage through the day before my flight quite helpful. i enjoyed a lunch in the bar restaurant and the meal was generous.
The shower in my room was not draining properly. water ran all over the floor. This made it a bit slippery.
