poor serviceslow drain
the pool service was poor i saw several unattended areas and cleaning seemed infrequent the shower drain in my room drained very slowly it was close to overflowing during each shower. it took maintenance hours to address the issue this delay disrupted my schedule and was quite inconvenient i expected quicker service for such a basic repair.

the reception staff sometimes seemed condescending. i also noticed they were non-responsive at times. the website advertises activities the hotel does not offer. i could not use the badminton court since it was closed.
