Really good Service and Amenities

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly . Mr Rahat at reception made a significant positive impression with his warm and helpful service. The room was super clean, and the bed provided superb comfort.
The arcade had many machines out of order , and those that were operational were subpar. I also found that the hookah at the Sahara lounge was too strong , which detracted from the experience.

murky water
The reception staff were anything but friendly. They were rather condescending. The movie theater was closed because apparently there were no good movies. The badminton court was also closed I was told and the swimming pool water was murky. What a treat.

the staff assisted me with my child and were always available when i needed them, they carried my child while we ate in the signature restaurant peacefully it felt lovely. the signature restaurant felt clean and the staff were kind, the food. i appreciated the complimentary airport drop off after such dedicated service. i want to commend imran, pabel, imrana, tayef plus the arcade and reception team and also the helpful managers.

Some Issues Detracted from the Experience

The reception staff acted condescending at times. They were not responsive, and I reminded me of they were curt. The services advertised online were not available either.

poor serviceslow drain
the pool service was poor i saw several unattended areas and cleaning seemed infrequent the shower drain in my room drained very slowly it was close to overflowing during each shower. it took maintenance hours to address the issue this delay disrupted my schedule and was quite inconvenient i expected quicker service for such a basic repair.
