average foodlimited seating
i expected a bit more. the food was pretty average. the buffet felt overpriced at $30, especially since i prefer lighter meals. also, there was only one chair on the deck of my room, that was room 439, though there was a hammock. i really think they need more seating out there.

the location was amazing with rainforest scenery. the rooms had river views. i really enjoyed seeing birds from the balcony in the morning with my coffee. the hotel had extracurricular activities. i found the tour desk staff really helpful with coordinating the boat tour and bird watching hikes. you can spend days enjoying the nearby nature.
the lobby was really crowded with too many people for tours. lines was long and noisy.

the location near the rainforest was acceptable.
the staff seemed disinterested and not particularly helpful. the facilities felt old and poorly maintained. i even noticed spider webs on the stairs, a serious sign of neglect.
