broken toilet seat superficial cleaning

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. they assisted with information when needed..

the room i was in was not very clean. the toilet seat was broken. it was obvious cleaning was only superficial.

dusty carpet missing blackout

i noticed some issues the carpet seemed quite dusty and showed wear the room lacked proper blackout curtains making it hard to sleep well another minor point was a flickering lightbulb in the bathroom it wasn't a huge deal but it detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance also the minibar wasn't restocked daily it was a bit inconvenient

authentic decor helpful staff nice room outdoor terrace

i liked the decor and the appropriate theme of the hotel. it reminded me of where i was. the staff helped me, and the room was nice. the breakfast offered was good and the outdoor terrace was good too. it had perfect conditions to sit there and drink a glass of wine after sightseeing.

i find lift access a little inconvenient. you must walk half a flight to get to it. then you must go up half a flight to reach your floor. this is a little difficult with luggage.

the breakfast included a variety of fresh options. i enjoyed a selection of cheeses, salads, and fruits each morning. they also offer an omelette made to order, this was a plus.

the staff were cute and showed they cared. i watched them assist with requests promptly. reception was available when needed and check-in was fast. the service.

the facility is maintained beautifully and decorated well. the outdoor terrace includes a hot tub. the bar stayed open until late. i had access to all needed hotel amenities.
