Excellent stay with waterfall views

The staff was attentive and happy to help with any request. The infinity pool provided waterfall views. I found the garden and lawn to be well maintained. I appreciated guided trekking tours to the waterfall from the hotel.

The mobile network was minimal, causing some inconvenience. The wifi connectivity was basic but sufficient for essential tasks. I would have preferred a stronger mobile signal for better connectivity.

The room was spacious. The balcony was quite big. I had a superb view of the falls from my room.

The hotel location is right next to the ticket counter for the falls. A walk to Charpa Falls from the hotel is short. The swimming pool views of the falls are great.

Some breakfast buffet items like puttu, channa dal curry, and masala dosa tasted very nice. I really enjoyed the grilled prawns as a starter at dinner. They offered a buffet spread for two days.

the room was spacious. i had a nice balcony with a view of the waterfalls. the restaurant has many food options.

the electricity kept tripping. the power disconnected often. the swimming pool was heavily over-chlorinated. the tv remote did not work.

I found a lizard in my first room, then had to move. The shower drain was clogged in the second room, resulting in a 30-minute wait for my wife.
