Is it necessary to arrange the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station in advance? What are the scheduled times for pick-ups?

Reservations for the shuttle service are recommended. The shuttle departs from the TaiChung HSR station at 14:00 for the hotel and returns from the hotel to the station at 12:15.

Can a rollaway bed be included in the family room for an additional guest? What fees would be associated with this arrangement?

Unfortunately, rollaway beds cannot be added to the family room as it includes two double beds that can accommodate up to four people. Therefore, no additional fees will be applicable for rollaway beds.

If I need to cancel my booking, will I be able to receive a refund of the 30% prepayment if I do this more than 14 days before my stay?
