beautiful facility amazing service spacious room
I appreciated the hotel's beautiful, upgraded facility that retained its history. The staff impressed me. Their service was amazing. I liked the spacious room, it was well-decorated. I was comfortable during my time.
I noticed that the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. The bedsheets also seemed worn. I think some improvements here could significantly enhance guest experience.

The location was good (easy access to some sites).
I was disappointed by the minibar policy. It was locked upon arrival. I had to ask for a key, but it never arrived, a little inconvenient.

The Executive King Room was spacious. The furniture and amenities were excellent! I appreciated the character and history of this hotel. Though it has modern ammenities. The staff seemed happy to help. I had many great chats with them! The buffet breakfast has an excellent choice. Custom-made omelettes are available.
The hotel restaurant got busy during Hi-tea. There were children running around. There was loud music from the wedding hall but it ended at 10pm!

staff were friendly and helpful. location is good for accessing historic sites. breakfast had many choices. i thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
there should be snacks in the room, also the entertainment systems should have internet connection.
