I appreciated the hotel's beautiful, upgraded facility that retained its history. The staff impressed me. Their service was amazing. I liked the spacious room, it was well-decorated. I was comfortable during my time.
I noticed that the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. The bedsheets also seemed worn. I think some improvements here could significantly enhance guest experience.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of Pakistani dishes. They also have Western options. Excellent pastries were available too. The food was AMAZING!!!

The location was good (easy access to some sites).
I was disappointed by the minibar policy. It was locked upon arrival. I had to ask for a key, but it never arrived, a little inconvenient.

The Executive King Room was spacious. The furniture and amenities were excellent! I appreciated the character and history of this hotel. Though it has modern ammenities. The staff seemed happy to help. I had many great chats with them! The buffet breakfast has an excellent choice. Custom-made omelettes are available.
The hotel restaurant got busy during Hi-tea. There were children running around. There was loud music from the wedding hall but it ended at 10pm!
