the ROOM was spacious and nicely decorated. The location was convenient for walking to attractions. Staff members were generally friendly, and the hotel bar offered good drinks.
The valet service was unavailable upon arrival, WHICH caused an initial inconvenience.

I found the staff very helpful and prompt with requests. My bedding arrived quickly after I asked. The hotel was VERY clean, both inside and out. I even saw someone cleaning the sidewalks. The location was also wonderful.
The telephone in my room didn't work, a real inconvenience. I reported it, but it was never fixed .

There's a coffee shop, so I got my caffeine fix easily. The coffee was GREAT! The bar offered a selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. The Ellington restaurant provides a convenient option for breakfast and dinner.

The location allows short walks to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I parked using valet. The service was convenient. The bar offered an AMAZING breakfast!!!
The hotel had no ice machine. I required assistance from the front desk for ice delivery.
