the free airport transfer was really helpful. it made getting to my early flight so easy and stress-free. the breakfast was also great. it had a nice variety of both chinese and western options and the staff was attentive.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well. the room became too warm at night, difficult to sleep comfortably. The faucet water had an unusual smell. it smelled strongly of chemicals. There was also no partition between the toilet and the rest of the room.

Airport Proximity Done Right

The hotel offered a convenient, free shuttle bus directly from the airport. I appreciated that. the rooms offer great space and cleanliness stood out, a crucial aspect for me after a long journey. breakfast included both european and chinese dishes, all prepared freshly, a treat.

The air conditioning seemed off. My room felt warmer than preferred and i couldn't adjust it.

The staff offered help and professionalism. I found them very approachable. the airport shuttle ran frequently, every 30 minutes, easing my travel logistics and i found that convenient.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The shuttle ride was only about 5 minutes. this proximity was ideal as i needed quick access for an early flight and i was happy.

convenient bus natural light prompt answers

I used their free shuttle bus from the airport it was very convenient. My room had a big window that let in plenty of natural light. The staff promptly answered my questions on the phone before I arrived.

The hallway had a faint high beeping noise at night which I could hear from my room.

inadequate air conditioning uncomfortable night

The air conditioning was a real problem. i couldn't adjust it, and the room stayed at a stuffy 25 degrees. the staff brought a fan, but it was not enough. it's odd that the hotel can't properly regulate the temperature. It made for an uncomfortable night.

strange room design beeping noise

The airport pick-up was very responsive, which I appreciated after a long flight.

The room design was strange. There was essentially no partition between the toilet and the rest of the room. I also heard a faint, high-pitched beeping noise in the hallway for most of the evening. It was audible from inside my room and very annoying.

unfriendly staff terrible food

the desk staff was not that friendly. there IS no restaurant for the evening. there IS a food option in the basement related to a weird underground thing but the food was TERRIBLE. one of those restaurants THAT give you a menu and then proceed to tell you that all the things you choice they don't HAVE. i KNOW an airport stay is just functional but this place did not provide a sense of comfort, it felt uncomfortable AND weird.
