The smart room featured convenient controls, and the location was GREAT. It was a short walk to the city center. Breakfast offered tasty food. The staff were attentive. Free parking was a definite plus, a rare find in the city.

The lift was not working on the day of arrival, which caused some inconvenience.

the staff was really friendly. i got upgraded to a spacious suite for my stay. coffee and tea were renewed every day, a really great touch. breakfast had many options, i really enjoyed the variety.

I think the spa should be improved slightly. Access to the sauna had an extra charge.

The staff was helpful and very attentive. I was upgraded to a spacious suite for my visit. Coffee and tea were renewed in my room daily.

The toilet space was minimal. The room was also small. There was no designated spot to put them. The balcony view lacked appeal considering the room's cost.
