varied buffet excellent food planned architecture rude attitude old sunbeds poor customer service
the food was excellent! the buffet offered a lot of variety. the architecture was carefully planned, though i wish there were more activities available. the details were really nice.
the staff wasn't so cute! the reception staff had a rude attitude. customer service was like a take it or leave it approach, though i did mention this to the manager. sunbeds are old! and worn out.

Excellent stay with great service
friendly staff amazing food comfortable sunbeds
The hotel staff was always very kind and ready to help. I especially liked breakfast on the beach. I found sunbeds by the pool and beach comfortable (I spent most of the time there!). The airport was not far away.
The noise from the nearby street was occasionally noticeable. (It didn't ruin my stay though.)

Breakfast offered a large selection of foods, and the buffet style made everything easy. The chefs worked very hard and were always available to answer questions. The quality of food at the a la carte restaurant stood out.

The hotel's beachside location made access to the sea simple. Several shops and Greek restaurants are available on the street outside. Heraklion is only a short taxi or bus ride away (about 20 minutes).

Staff members were very attentive. They provided quick service with a smile. The reception staff were always helpful, and the room service was prompt and efficient.

My room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. It included a fridge and a Nespresso machine. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony (the upgrade was a pleasant surprise).

Excellent Hotel Experience
smooth check-in comfortable bed ample sun beds
The check-in process was seamless and i was escorted to my room with a full explanation of the hotel's amenities. A lovely plate of food was provided upon my late arrival. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Daily cleaning kept all areas super clean. There were plenty of sun beds available, and some were in shaded areas.
i found the noise levels disruptive on some nights, with music and other sounds affecting my sleep.

The buffet restaurant offered delicious breakfast and evening meals with a wide variety of choices, all cooked to perfection. The a la carte restaurant served amazing cretan food. I particularly enjoyed the octopus and sea bass, accompanied by a shot of raki.

The beach bar is an excellent place to relax with a beer and a gyros. Evenings featured mojitos and amazing sunsets. There was some entertainment too. The spa offered deep tissue massages. Kallia provided an amazing service.

variety breakfast live music cute plate
our stay included a complimentary plate of fruits upon arrival, a welcome touch. the breakfast and dinner options offered much variety and high quality. i particularly enjoyed the live violin music at the beach bar, a lovely addition to the evenings.
the hotel could benefit from a more equipped indoor fitness center.
