safe parking easy transport restaurant choice

the staff arranged safe parking for my motorcycle in their garage. The position of the hotel allows walking or access to transport very easily. Restaurants were available everywhere providing plenty of choice.

I needed to wait until exactly 3 PM to access my room.

perfect location excellent food friendly staff difficult arrival impractical solution apologetic clerk

the location was perfect for access to shopping and restaurants. the fritz restaurant food tasted excellent. the staff were friendly.

there is nowhere to stop in front of the hotel to drop bags and check in. i found no practical solution to open a bag on other than the floor, this was not good as i had bags bigger than a carryon. desk clerk was apologetic though that doesn't change the fact that this is not a good hotel to arrive at in a car.

adequate stay with some notable drawbacks

parking inconvenience delayed order

The parking situation was inconvenient. upon arrival, i discovered the hotel had not reserved a parking slot for me, despite my prior request. this resulted in me being stuck in an underground car park. also, room service is outsourced. I had to collect my order from reception after a 90-minute delay. this system created confusion with my order, a frustrating process, and isn't standard for a hotel in this category.

central location secure parking modern design

the location was central to many attractions! the public transport was easily accessible. i used the underground parking and found it secure. the modern design of the room was pleasant.

my room's minibar was empty, a detail i found a little odd.
