unheated pool disappointing spa

The spa was a letdown. It wasn't really a spa at all! there wasn't a heated pool available. i paid extra expecting certain amenities. I only found a sauna. it seemed like a waste of money.

My double room was lovely and very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. The location was excellent and it provides easy access to nearby restaurants.

When I arrived at the hotel, I waited some time before a staff member came to reception. The staff member wasn't very cute. The balcony was available but there were no chairs on it.
