Excellent Location and Great Breakfast

The location is perfect, right next to the ferry terminal. It is a short distance to Elsinore and the train station making trips to Malmo and Copenhagen easy. The building presents with a very attractive design and the concourse offers a lot of seating. The breakfast had a large selection.

The room I received was a bit noisy during the night, I could hear the fan running distinctly.

The hotel is very accessible because it is located downtown and right on the harbor. This location is convenient for crossings and any trips planned. Parking is available next door in a garage.

The staff at the front desk was helpful. The receptionist spoke English fluently. One of the cleaning ladies stopped what she was doing to help my daughter with a heavy suitcase.

the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices. i saw it included salmon, brie, and crepes. the hotel also has a sauna , i appreciated that.

the fitness room needed some attention from staff , i noticed.

location was very convenient and the hotel provided an upgrade to a room including a water view. included breakfast offered a nice view. staff stored my cool packs in the freezer overnight.

the room had noise from deliveries to the nearby boat terminal starting early in the morning.
