The hotel location was close to the outlet mall. This was very convenient. The staff were helpful, and I appreciated their assistance. I also liked the Doubletree cookies. They were a sweet treat upon arrival.

The hotel room felt a little outdated. The carpet had some stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. There was no complimentary water in the room, and I had to request fresh linens.

the hotel was in excellent shape. it was perfect for a quick trip. i was kinda surprised by the hotel despite the distance to some places i wanted to visit.

the room was okay , but the breakfast buffet was the worst. everything was cold. i couldn't drink the orange juice because of the taste.

location is acceptable, especially being close to the outlet mall and arena.

the room i got did not meet expectations. response time to my issues were poor. i reported no shower curtain at check-in, but i had to install the curtain myself late at night. the beds were also not made properly by housekeeping.
