The staff were very cute and helpful. I was pleased with the cleanliness of my room. The hotel features a useful arrival and departure flight info screen in the lobby, it is a great feature.
There were no dark curtains to block out the city lights and early morning sun.

i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite and appreciated the extra space. the room featured a king size bed with a separate sitting room and kitchen with a bar. the bed provided really good comfort, perfect after a long day of travel.
the bathroom light outside the bathroom is annoying as it illuminates the entire room when used at night.

just okay, i guess
worn furnitureunhelpful staff
i found the room showing its age a bit much for the price. the furniture had noticeable wear and tear and some of the fixtures seemed outdated. also, the front desk wasn't particularly helpful when i asked about nearby dining options. they just handed me a generic list of restaurants without offering any specific recommendations or directions

The hotel shuttle bus was easy to use. It arrived promptly. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The staff booked our return shuttle. I found the room very comfortable. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant.
