the staff IS very attentive. Rooms get cleaned every day. I found shops and good restaurants close to the hotel. it's a great location for groups and families.

The entrance to the underground parking is narrow. I had to drive carefully.

the staff were attentive and helpful, providing useful tips about the area. the hotel offered Complimentary fruits and biscuits in a common room, A NICE touch.

Breakfast was NOT great. the sausages seemed processed and of low quality, the eggs were overcooked.

I found the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals and excellent service. the rooftop pool included access to coffee, water, cookies and apples. the reception staff were helpful. They offered a breakfast bag when i had an early departure.
