Wonderful stay with great service

The hotel offered a calm and enjoyable beach area. The location allowed for easy walks to nearby restaurants. The deck offered convenient access to the water. The staff was very professional and hospitable.

I noticed a slight inconsistency in housekeeping services .

The breakfast spread included a rich variety. It contained all one could dream of. The kitchen staff accommodated requests for specific vegetarian dishes, which i greatly appreciated. The service from Melike, Oguz, Esma, Furhan, and Bahas was genuinely warm and hospitable.

the breakfast was tasty, i must admit. omelets was available for example.

The rooms, oh my, they wasn't soundproof at all. i could hear neighbors chatting away like they were in the same room. plus, the toilet was too close to the shower glass. You had to sit sideways. i found it very inconvenient.

The breakfast was marvelous I found so many options. The hotel has very good facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly. I thought the hotel was clean at all times

The hotel does not allow outside food or drinks I purchased at a supermarket. I reminded me of a criminal because of this. I didn't sleep well because the air conditioning would cut out during the night

The staff was helpful. The hotel has a good pool area. It is also close to cafes and restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection.

Our original room smelled of smoke. Housekeeping did not change coffee mugs. Guests are not allowed to bring in outside food.
