Central Location and Helpful Staff

The staff at the front desk were super friendly. The room was cozy and very clean. The owner did EVERYTHING to. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

After 6 PM on weekdays and after 3 PM on weekends, there is NO one at the front desk. If you arrive late, your room key is left out in the open, which feels unsafe. I was disappointed by this issue.

The hotel features a parking garage arriving by car. the communication system at the garage entrance was very quiet. The entrance to the garage lacked lighting initially. Parking was available in the rearwith adequate lighting.

the hotel IS in a VERY central location. Public transport was easily accessible and i got to the Rockhal in just a few minutes. My room was quiet, even though it faced a shopping street. i found the breakfast simple but good, it had everything I needed.

I had to carry my luggage up a few stairs, which wasn't ideal. i noticed THERE was no kettle or coffee machine in my room. the receptionist seemed distracted and spent a lot of time on their phone, not very cute.
