the staff was cute. this aspect met expectations.

The air conditioning malfunctioned. the room was too hot upon arrival and i had to request a fan. I found this unacceptable. the bar service was also poor. A surly barman refused a cocktail request and seemed unwilling to provide fresh glasses.

the hotel offered ample motorbike parking and rooms were large. the staff provided helpful and attentive service. i found the hotel within easy walking distance of historic areas.

I found just one water bottle in the room. also there was no information at check-in. No wifi code, no breakfast hours, and no directions. i had to discover everything myself.

the hotel is very well located, situated in front of a lovely park and near the center. the gardens nearby are great if you're travelling with dogs and want to take them for a walk.

the room provided was nice and neat as one would expect. the air conditioning worked properly and kept the room temperature bearable. it was also quiet.
