The staff assisted with transportation, giving great recommendations. The hotel is impeccably clean. Each day seemed like a special treat thanks to the dedicated team ensuring every detail was perfect. I loved the attentive service and the serene atmosphere. The breakfast was great. I appreciated the quality and variety of the food available.

The sunset view was partially obstructed. It would have been amazing to see it fully.

The room was lovely and the jacuzzi WAS perfect temperature. The staff were very great.

The location description IS misleading. The hotel faces the opposite side. There is no caldera view. You can see a sunrise picture disguised as sunset on the websites. The hotel faces dry countryside fields and a supermarket.

the room included a private jacuzzi. i watched planes take off. customer service seemed superb and friendly. a warm welcome was extended from the front desk.

the hotel lacks a caldera view. it faces the opposite side of the island. this might disappoint some guests.

The hotel decor was alright (nothing extraordinary), but I did have some issues. The main pool had restricted hours. It was open only from 11:00 to 20:00. The toilet also had a persistent smell. It seemed to be a general problem across the island, but it affected my stay.
