the receptionist was not interested in giving us a good check in experience she was only concerned with being right the hotel had confirmed with me that we could check in early with no extra charge i had to show the receptionist on my phone the actual messages from the hotel

The breakfast had good quality ingredients with solid options for vegetarians. I appreciated that coffee was available all day . The reception offered a nice seating area where people could work and socialize.

Water didn't run away fast enough in the bathroom. It stayed like a pool on the floor for some time.

I arrived late due to a storm and was quickly checked into a seventh-floor room. The room featured thoughtful design and a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed a view of the ocean and had an excellent buffet breakfast the next morning.

The check-in process was slightly slow, and I would have appreciated more assistance with local tourist information.
