i found the staff warm and helpful throughout my stay. i especially liked that kimberly and dione offered great suggestions and advice. i also appreciated the lovely live music every night near the bar. it added a special touch to the evenings.

My room did not have properly closed windows. this led to mosquito issues. the noise at night also made it difficult to sleep soundly. breakfast service was slow on certain days. I waited an extended time for my order.
