The hotel features fine grounds and meticulously kept gardens.. It was worth exploring! The bathrooms was modern and updated, while the rooms maintained a classy, timeless feel. I found the lounges and restaurant particularly appealing, offering great views of the valley.
I noticed that it was not always easy to order drinks by the pool. It required going to reception.

The hotel has a beautiful park. I enjoyed the walks around the castle. The staff was always polite and friendly. Our Grand Comfort Double Room had air conditioning. This was welcome with the temperatures we had.
Customer service could be better. I asked the hotel to post a key back. The hotel refused this request. This showed little value for their guests. The location of the hotel made it difficult to reach a post office.
