helpful staff comfortable beds nice detail

the staff were really good, and their friendliness was really appreciated. the room in the converted water mill offered comfortable beds. attention to detail was very nice and enhanced the experience

the road into the hotel included several potholes. this made driving along it somewhat difficult. there were no signs to guide you where to park

The grounds were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and large with excellent bathrooms. I appreciated the receptionists. They were very nice.

The outdoor pool was closed even though it was late April.

the pool was large and very nice. The massage staff was lovely. The reception staff was helpful. I thought the grounds to the hotel were beautiful.

the road into the hotel had many pot holes. I found it unfit to drive along. There were no signs to guide you where to park or drive. The car park was a long way away from the hotel itself
