the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was neat. the hotel connects directly to central plaza shopping mall.. i found that very convenient. the rooftop pool and bar are great.
the room got a little noisy sometimes as i could hear people in adjacent rooms.

i liked the room size and how clean it was. breakfast had many choices and tasted great! the central plaza shopping centre is accessible directly from the hotel. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
the deposit of 1000 baht seemed unusual, especially since there wasn't a minibar in my room. this felt a little inconvenient.
