mildew shower disinterested staff
The breakfast had fresh orange juice machine which worked fine.
The front desk service was pretty much a disaster. I said it was my honeymoon, but the lady just looked at me and said, 'OK. ' Our shower also had black mildew all over it. For the money they ask, the hotel needs better cleaning.

poor communication no-entry street
The breakfast included a chef who prepared omelets and eggs to order (a nice touch).
The hotel's location on a no-entry street was poorly communicated. The experience at the hotel was not dog friendly. My dog could only stay in the room. It felt as though I was dining in an airport lounge.

comfortable bed roof terrace
the room had a super comfortable bed. the roof terrace included a pool and a bar area, very relaxing. fine views were visible over the area.
noise levels were high because of a football tournament, the hotel was full with children's football teams. some lacked responsible adults and ran through hotel corridors.

Excellent Rooftop and Convenient Access
private lift access amazing view quiet room
I found the private lift access to street level very convenient. The rooftop bar and swimming pool provided amazing views. The room was also very quiet. I slept very well.

amazing stay high above the city
rooftop terrace quick lift breakfast choices spacious shower
the rooftop terrace featured a beautiful pool. the lift system provided quick access to the town below. breakfast offered many choices. the room included a spacious shower with excellent water pressure. the staff were helpful with directions.
the wellness area wasn't included in the room rate this was a slight disappointment
