excellent stay and professional service

smooth process great flexibility amazing comfort

i found the check-in process very smooth and easy. the housekeeping staff showed great flexibility, which i appreciated. the comfort in the lounge, bar, and restaurant was also amazing, and every employee greeted me with a smile. i am very thankful for the seamless experience i had.

i noticed the bedding lacked softness and the pillows were not up to par. the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was unexpected. i also missed having an iron for clothes. these additions would greatly improve the room's comfort and convenience.

the hotel features a spa area, and a bar. plentiful parking spaces were available, made coming and going very easy. i also noted facilities are available for bicycle rental near the premises.

The room was spacious and included a lovely bathroom.

The bedding wasn't very soft, and the pillows felt subpar. I also discovered that the room lacked tea and coffee facilities. (I really needed my morning coffee!).

the staff was great. maria was very helpful. i appreciated free parking and free charging for the car. the view felt amazing. i enjoyed a relaxed feel at the hotel. i knew what to expect and i appreciated the quality.

the bedding wasn't very soft and the pillows was bad. there weren't facilities for tea and coffee in the room. i also didn't find an iron for clothes. i expected those things in a hotel like this.

The breakfast offers a good selection. The room had a beautiful view. The restaurant provided excellent dinner. Both the food and the service were great.

The bedding was not very soft, and the pillows were not good.
