the front desk staff provided helpful information and printed maps for our routes.

The heating system struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature within the room during my december stay. It was difficult to regulate. the inconsistent temperature made it harder to relax fully. i expected better climate control given the hotel's reputation and pricing.

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. it was acceptable for my needs.

I found some issues that detracted from the experience. the turndown service was inconsistent. Some nights it occurred, and others it did not. the minibar prices seemed excessive (especially considering the cost of the suite i booked).

the room temperature was an issue the air conditioning and heating system struggled to maintain a comfortable level i reminded me of i was paying a premium for discomfort. i also tried to extend my stay only to find out the extra night cost considerably more i wish they had informed me of this price difference beforehand. the decor felt disjointed it lacked a cohesive design aesthetic.

i found the check-in process seamless. staff assisted with luggage immediately, whisking away the car for valet parking. the lobby had an amazing scent and beautiful flower arrangements. i received a leather notebook, chocolates, and champagne for my birthday, SUCH a lovely touch.

the hotel charged a premium price, but i experienced an issue. the air conditioning struggled to regulate the room temperature efficiently .
