I found the staff helpful and polite. the cleanliness met my expectations. The rooms were immaculate. i liked the touch of rituals room spray. I use it at home (good choice!). the breakfast menu allowed selection of one dish, a nice detail.
The emergency lighting came on every morning at 5 am, waking us up. the pillows felt too flat for us (a personal preference). i found soundproofing lacking. The rooms were loud.

the rooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing. the room was modern and tastefully decorated. it was obvious that an expert architect designed every detail. i appreciated the stylish design and comfort.
i received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room. breakfast in the restaurant offered great choices. the hotel's proximity to porto montenegro made shopping easy and i found several dining options there. the staff also accommodated my small dog without any issues.
