really good stay

helpful staff room spray

I found the staff helpful and polite. the cleanliness met my expectations. The rooms were immaculate. i liked the touch of rituals room spray. I use it at home (good choice!). the breakfast menu allowed selection of one dish, a nice detail.

The emergency lighting came on every morning at 5 am, waking us up. the pillows felt too flat for us (a personal preference). i found soundproofing lacking. The rooms were loud.

the hotel restaurant, mila, offered great food. i received a 10% discount as a hotel guest. breakfast options had a modern twist. every meal was excellent with food scored at 10/10.

sea view room restaurant choices convenient location dog friendly

i received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room. breakfast in the restaurant offered great choices. the hotel's proximity to porto montenegro made shopping easy and i found several dining options there. the staff also accommodated my small dog without any issues.

the service was acceptable, i guess. the whats app room service seemed fast enough.

the air con did not exactly cool the room well. this made it uncomfortable. i suppose they could fix it next time.
