great varietyhelpful staffstreet noisehigh prices
The included breakfast had a great variety of options. The staff was helpful and quickly responded to requests (I asked for extra towels and received them promptly).
The noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially early in the morning. The minibar prices felt a bit too high. I wish there were more affordable options.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

convenient locationloud partyexcessive price
The location proved convenient, as it was just a short walk to the main square.
The noise was a problem. There was a loud party in the restaurant (it seems like often). Music was clearly audible in my room until late, and the staff didn't seem to care. I also found the price to be a bit excessive for what the hotel offered.

the hotel building has very beautiful and historical architecture. the staff at the front desk provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. arranging drivers through the hotel ensured reliable and honest transportation, which i found very helpful.
The soundproofing in my room could have been better. I sometimes heard noise from the front desk.

Acceptable Experience

great locationwelcome drinksound issuesketchy area
The location is in the historic district. It is walkable to various sites and restaurants. A rooftop restaurant seemed to be available whenever needed. The restaurant gives guests a welcome drink, allowing everyone to experience the restaurant.
Soundproofing was an issue. I could hear everything at the front desk from the second floor. I also didn't receive much recognition for my honeymoon. The hotel is in an area that is sketchy.

The hotel charged extra for bottled water. i thought this was excessive for such an expensive place. plus, the noise from the park across the street was really loud at times. it made it hard to relax in my room. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
