underwhelming stay, some issues

inadequate bathroom hooks faulty shower door

the location was central and convenient.

the room design felt strange (i'm not sure what they were thinking with the layout). there weren't enough hooks in the bathroom, so hanging towels was difficult. also, the shower door didn't close properly, quite annoying.

Excellent Hotel Experience

cute prosecco attentive service rooftop view

The welcome glass of prosecco upon arrival was a nice touch. The evening meal included a range of options and attentive service. Breakfast also offered a wide selection, with staff providing excellent attentiveness. I particularly enjoyed late lunch at the rooftop bar with its views, including the hot tub area.

I found the cost of parking to be expensive. The hotel charged 50 euro per night. The alternative was metered parking. This option was already full when I arrived at the hotel.

The hotel room was very clean and well-kept, offering great comfort . The design of the room included modern amenities. There was sufficient space for luggage storage and relaxation. I found the soundproofing to be effective. It minimized outside noise.

The rooftop bar provided an very nice view. There was a hot tub available . The spa offered a range of treatments, for an added fee. I saw the gymwith several exercise machines, such as treadmills and stationary bikes.

The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. They provided assistance with directions. The restaurant staff were attentive and efficient during both dinner and breakfast service. I never needed anything.

The breakfast offered a variety of options. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The evening meal at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight. The chef prepared first class cuisine, i think.
