Really good Service and Beautiful Overwater Villa

staff attention private pool

My stay surpassed previous experiences thanks to the staff's really good attention to detail. Staff remembered our preferences which was a very nice touch. The over ocean villa offered views of fish activity, baby sharks and eagle rays visible directly from our private deck. The private pool was amazing and complemented the expansive main hotel pool looking out onto the beach.

restaurant decorations room decorations terrible noise sun bed

the restaurant decorations were nice. i also liked the room decorations. i especially liked lama the waiter. the chef from nepal in the ghughuda restaurant prepared good food.

the overwater villas had terrible noise all day and night. i could not sleep or relax on the sun beds. i heard pumping noises and air conditioning compressor noises. i felt vibration in the bathroom that was open to the outside. sun bed relaxation was impossible. inside the room, the noise was clear. the bathroom door was glass and let in light early in the morning. there were no curtains in this section. i complained to the host about the noise and vibration, but nothing happened.
