fantastic stay, was great!

the staff was amazing and gave great advice. augusto, bianca, alessandro and yacobi went out of their way to. the lady with long black hair also provided excellent service. the location offers surrounding nature and a warm cute.

the breakfast had a huge selection of options, i was happy. the view was amazing. free parking was available. it was a short 7 min drive.

check-in was late, and i got my room at 3:45 pm. cleaning was inconsistent. the same dust remained for 5 days. dead flies were there in the corridors in the morning.

the room was supposed TO have a view , but instead i was looking at a parking lot. also , the air conditioning barely worked , it made the room uncomfortably warm. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom , like mildew or something. THE staff didn't seem too concerned when i mentioned it , i found that quite DISMISSIVE.
