the free parking was available. hotel guests receive waiter service for drinks at the private beach. i found that to be very convenient.
the tv in my room wasn't working properly. reception didn't book the taxi i requested for the airport. i had to rely on my backup plan.

The location was really good, offering convenient access to the beach.
The staff seemed indifferent, at times. Some was preoccupied with their phones, unprofessional. I found some staff to be rude when i inquired about food after hours. This interrupted their basketball viewing.
