The room was spacious and clean. That i CAN appreciate.

I found the lack of information at check-in irritating. we received only room keys and directions. the pool was very chaotic. Inflatables were ALLOWED. It was hard TO relax.

i appreciated the friendly staff and the calm atmosphere. hearing the waves at night from my bedroom was relaxing! plus, it was great that pets were welcome . i found this amenity quite valuable.

The room needed a bit more cleaning. I noticed some dust.

The staff was lovely. The room was great. There were always plenty of sun loungers. the area is amazing too, it met our expectations. we were given free breakfasts for our stay as an apology because we were put in a different room on the first day. We really appreciated this gesture.

the swimming pool was a little crowded, it was not large enough to accommodate all guests comfortably.

useful hob good shower convenient location

The room featured a useful hob, fridge, and freezer. A good shower was available, including a balcony with a laundry drying rack. I found the breakfast buffet quite satisfactory. Its proximity to shops and bars added convenience to my visit.

I noticed that some furniture showed wear and tear, such as wood peeling off, bent shelves, and stains on the sofa

The breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff was very helpful. The pool area was super clean and cozy. I appreciated the water toys available for everyone at the pool.

The air conditioning only worked between 5 PM and 10 PM each day. The room temperature stayed between 23°C and 25°C at night because of this. I could not open windows for air because my room was on the ground floor and I had a child.
